Oh, how cool to be there for that. So funny, its rare I am ready for those shots. As if my aperture, shudder, ISO are all set perfect for the moment. I don’t have time to wait, low in camouflage for the rare moments. Good Job!
So cute! Lovely photograph! I have nominated you for the 7×7 Link Award. Please go to my blog page to see the award and complete the process. Thank you for your blog and congratulations! 🙂
Every spring the badgers build dens in or near our yard…this is a picture of 1 of 3 baby badgers. They usually stay hidden from site. They are not so cute when they dig 6 foot deep holes all over the yard, but they do keep the ground squirrel population under control 😉
Thid photo makes me smile inside and out.
Thanks for sharing,
Always had a soft spot for Brock and this one looks a bit special ! Love David
Oh, he has such a cute little face! (But aren’t they mean?? I don’t really know badgers…)

Great photo – I’ve never seen a real, live badger before. He looks so cute – but I supposed he’s not the cuddly sort?
OH! nothing holds a candle to nature’s beauty!
Fabulous picture – one of my favourites! 🙂

Lovely photo, Sonja – the badger is one of my 9 animal totem spirit guides, so I have a special connection with this. 🙂
Julie,
How do you find your totem spirit guides, interested?
When my brother was dying and since then, I have continued seeing a circling red-tailed hawk. A hawk is always circling close by and I notice it.
Wonderful shot! Badgers are fascinating.
