Viquae

a design by Alazanto, Kevin Davis, our son

Note: Kevin was best known as a web designer. His designs were given as examples in books published both in the United States and Japan. In addition he did a number of art designs of which Viquae is one. Typographically expressive, Kevin said, about this design: “The wings, faces, reflection, and roots are represenative of the creative mind.”

  1. Very nice, and I like what Kevin said a lot. We do need both roots and wings. Blessings, Ellen

I love it–simple and elegant. What a wonder Kevin was!! God bless you all today.

  4. Taking flight, while grounded in Gaia – that’s what this amazing design made me think of. Symbols that reach deep into our unconscious and then transcend. Your Kevin was a most gifted and insightful man!

    • A great comment, Betty. Kevin was talented, and we miss him in this family a lot. He would have liked all the comments on Viquae here a lot, especially when his symbols are understood.

  5. Love the way Kevin thought and designed. What wonderful memories you share with us here! His designs were certainly more than worthy to be used as examples in lots of countries, if you ask me!

  6. I love the way Kevin described this one. I also love that you share his designs with us, thank-you.

  7. So much of Kevin’s essence left behind. Such a gift you share with us all!
