Most successful abstract that really is not abstract at all in presenting the essence of “broken wings”. I applaud the darker, more intense colors you chose–it adds to the message!

This is really lovely work Ethel. I have come to greatly admire your work. I really like the intensity of the blues you’ve chosen. I feel a sense of struggle but I also feel a strength from this piece. It’s comtemplative and I appreciate that.
