I love this–for the movement, and also, these are my colors. God bless you abundantly today, and always.

Ethel, this is beautiful – I love your expressive use of color and movement in this lovely work of art. ~ Julie 🙂

  3. Gorgeous work, Ethel… have always been partial to blue!

  4. A totally perfect pastel painting to image for us the sounds of summer! So vivid, so vibrant, like being at the beach for Fourth of July!

  5. Beautiful work, Ethel – (like Caddo, these are my colors!) The face in the picture changes as I look at it – first it’s in a flower – and then it’s a in a seashell under the water. Flower to seashell – seashell to flower. This is my all time favorite pastel of yours (so far!)

  6. I looked twice and saw the face, wonderful!

  7. Such texture and three-dimension in this, Ethel, for working in pastels. It reminds me of Van Gogh…like Starry Starry Night… but the moon peeking through a swirl of clouds and even spirits. I adore this, Ethel!
