Those last four liners:perfect!
Bouncing with life and energy, glad to be alive. You bring her to life on the page.
I think ‘Beeseeker’ has it right: those last four lines bring an unexpected observation, and true to life.
Ethel, I really enjoyed this – it’s profound and charming, sweet and powerful. Made me both smile (at the imagery) and then contemplate its truth and wisdom!
