Lovely play of light, reminds me of my youth’s vacations on Califrnia coast, dragging these long chains through the sand. Now with this photo I enjoy the amber richness and the knotted massiness, a life form of delicate complexity.
Alien worlds … and yet they are also ours.
What is it about orange … or amber to be precise. Reminds me of beachcombing for that amazing floating gem on the East Coast of England. Love David
Close ups make for interesting pictures of common stuff. “Seaweed” is a good example…
Remarkable photograph! (And I like what Ben said…)
Wonderful–I can smell the pungent perfume!
Kevin’s amazing photo here gives new meaning in my life to the reality of seaweed!
Absolutely stunning!
