I think you have inspired me with this one. This is a gorgeous pastel!
It reminds me a little of something a nun showed us when I was on a spiritual retreat weekend a few years ago.
Most of us there struggled with the ability to paint and draw.
She showed us how, with pastels, to fill a whole page with different colours, just spreading the colour around the page, then with one finger, to “push” the colours into and around the paper. The effects could be amazing and one of my attempts turned out to be a lion’s head, although it was blue!!
I seemed to lose interest in this after a while and when the disabilities became worse with the MS I really pushed it into the background. But I do still have the index finger of my left hand in working order so, as a result of your post, I am going to give it another try. I will keep you posted! – Thank you!!!:)

This is so beautiful, Ethel, like a stained glass cathedral window! Sending love and wishes for a blessed Easter!
Beautiful, those shades of soft rosy reds, and the composition! Gazing at this is hypnotic… lovely!!
Beautiful shades of colour, well done!
Oh, your wondrous pastel suggests such a variety of openings through which we would which to pass to connect with loved ones! Let us ALWAYS seek love!
