I’ve been reading the entries in your blog with great interest. You are certainly a very talented family and the poems, pictures and photos all offer so much.
I went back through the entries quite a way. Perhaps, as you develop the blog, you could add on or two ‘widgets’ to facilitate browsing – one of the calendar devices for example?
Hits the reader in the heart… feeling such empathy, and admiration of your writing skill – to make us feel so strongly – to make us resonate with your powerfully succinct words. There is beauty here, along with the sadness. Thank you for sharing.
Nature has a most soothing effect, certainly the Towhee you use with succinct metaphor in “Messenger”…
